Leben, Lernen und Arbeiten im Metaverse

Eye Gaze Interaction with Second Life. Rapid Gaze Based Interaction Techniques with on-line virtual environments for motor-impaired users, using the contact-free Tobii device. It’s a great step towards a better (social) life for motor-impaired people who are not able to move in any way and therefore lack social interaction (except with their family and clinic personnell). It’s my firm belief and hope that SL and similar virtual worlds will greatly improve the life of people with those disabilities.   Stephen Vickers | De Montfort University
